Eaton, Maryland — Interior designers from Ohio, Iowa and New York were recently elected to the Board of Directors of Decorating Den Interiors from among its franchisees across the United States and Canada.
Were elected for new three-year terms Julie Cochran, DaytonOhio; Karen Miller, Polk City, Iowa; and Marni SugermanRiverdale New York
Re-elected for a second three-year term was Suzanne Christie, Clear water, Florida
The leaders of the Board of Directors, elected at the first meeting with the new members, are: McGroarty, Long Neck, Del, chair and Kristen Pawlak, LouisvilleKy, vice-president.
The other members of the DDI Board of Directors are Map Marva Don, BoiseIdaho; Cassy Young, Athens, Georgia; and Michelle Leduc, Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. The corporate representative on the board is Jennifer Manley, Vice President, Retail Sales.
The Board of Directors reviews the policies and programs of the Company’s interior design business franchise partners and advises on strategies and investments related to the National Franchisee Brand Fund for brand programs , advertising, marketing and public relations. The council also provides advice on technology, continuing education, the LIVV Home Collection™ of furniture suppliers, and other interior design business management resources.
